Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair, turning wrecks into road-ready rides
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Handle panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn components back to factory specs
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to move cars through the repair process
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness
