Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair, turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to move cars through the repair process.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
