The Auto Body Technician position at Caliber's Service Center in Lancaster - Trevor Ave involves repairing vehicles after accidents. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
  • Physically fit for the job, capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn parts to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
