Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Knowledge of frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, and squaring).
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, where fit and finish make all the difference.
  • Work as a team, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work location.
