This role involves working with modern equipment to perform precise repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring quality reassembly and adherence to factory specifications.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in turning wrecks into road-ready vehicles
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing repairs correctly the first time
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses for quality
  • Physical fitness for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts
  • Perform full collision repair, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Conduct panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn components back to factory specs
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish to make a significant difference in the final product
  • Collaborate as part of a team, fostering trust and teamwork to move cars through the repair process efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work location, prioritizing safety and tidiness
