Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Possess frame and structural know-how, including the ability to pull, straighten, and square up frames.
  • Demonstrate a no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time.
  • Exhibit a sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Be physically fit for the job, capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Maintain a team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
