Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair, specifically turning wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing repairs correctly the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and overall quality.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn parts to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish for final touches.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to move cars through the repair process.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work location.
