Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how (ability to pull, straighten, and square it up).
  • No-shortcuts mentality (blueprint it, fix it right the first time).
  • Sharp eye for detail (committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses).
  • Physically fit for the job (can lift up to 50lbs).
  • Team-first attitude (collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
  • Handle panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Work as a team, fostering trust and teamwork to move cars through.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
