Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square up frames and structural components.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with the painters, estimators, and front office staff in the business.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
