About The Position

DARCARS Collision Center of Rockville is now hiring a Painter! Our Painter is responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying automotive refinish materials to vehicle surfaces and sub-assemblies, following all applicable standards and procedures to ensure high-quality results. Requirements

A minimum of two years of professional automotive painting experience.
Strong skill in color matching and blending paint.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for delivery by taping, sanding, buffing, and performing final surface preparations.
Safely operate all tools and equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Properly maintain and wear all required safety and protective equipment, including the respirator recommended by the manufacturer.
