Requirements

• 1-2 years of auto painting experience preferred.
• Vision abilities: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual dexterity to perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Self-motivation and independence.
• Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Use the latest spray equipment and proven techniques to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces.
• Work at automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and auto auctions to deliver everything from simple touch-ups to repairing paint damage.
