Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Auto Body Estimator: Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month). Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
- You must have a valid California Driver's License
- be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire
- receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment
