Auto Body Estimator
About The Position
RARE opportunity for an experienced auto damage estimator (2 or more years) with a current and valid PA appraisers license to join Central City Toyota Collision Center, a well-established, consistently busy, family-run Toyota collision center located in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation for the right candidate is $80,000.00 per year, paid weekly, plus monthly bonus opportunities. Central City Toyota is a family-run collision center with a reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto damage estimator
- Current and valid PA appraiser’s license
- Proficient with CCC and Mitchell Estimating software
- Experience working with DRP procedures and insurance carriers Progressive and State Farm
- Outstanding people skills and ability to manage customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Greet and close customers professionally and courteously
- Schedule repairs and coordinate the ordering of parts
- Manage the entire claim and collision repair process from start to finish
- Work with insurance companies including Progressive and State Farm direct repair programs
- Utilize CCC and Mitchell Estimating programs proficiently and follow DRP procedures
