About The Position
Burns Collision Center of Marlton is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Auto Body Estimator to join our growing team. If you excel in repair planning, enjoy working with customers and insurance partners, and want to be part of a professional, fast-paced shop, we want to meet you!
Requirements
- Auto body estimating experience required
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and parts
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and estimating software proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- ROME management experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Write accurate, detailed damage estimates (CCC One/Mitchell experience a plus)
- Greet customers and walk them through the repair process
- Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters
- Review supplements and update repair plans as needed with technicians
- Ensure high-quality customer service from drop-off to delivery
- Maintain organized files, photos, and documentation
