Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Previous experience in auto body repair, brake repair, or auto service management is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
• Proficient in using computer software for estimating repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure proper documentation and approval of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
