About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, polishing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with car wash techniques and custodial practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing.
• Ensure all surfaces are polished and free of dirt, grime, and debris.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
• Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning purposes.
