Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties related to auto body repair.
• Learn to read estimates and identify vehicle damage.
• Repair vehicles using industry-approved techniques.
• Check work for quality and accuracy under mentor's guidance.
