Setup scales tote/bagger to run on orders given by supervisor and preform task to properly get out product laid out on the PM0019. Perform inspections on Rivland forklifts. Be Riceland forklift certified. Complete load reports by verifying correct product, quantity, and bag size daily. Must be able to climb stairs, forklift and equipment. Inform supervision of any product discrepancies, shortages, and needs. Notify office personnel of any changes to load reports. Instruct bagging personnel on locations to stage finished product. Maintain FIFO inventory on all Rivland products. Inspect, receive, and properly store all incoming packaging supplies, completing a supplies received form on each receipt. Sanitation of the warehouse, truck bays, and shipping areas and completion of area cleaning schedules. Must properly use safety equipment at all times. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 100#), read shipping orders, print legibly, perform arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply and divide 3-digit numbers), have basic computer skills and able to successfully obtain a Riceland forklift license. Bulk Loader Inspect all incoming Bulk pneumatic trailers and PD rail cars using the guidelines set forth in the Carrier Inspection Management Directive. Secure loading attachments to the tops of the bulk trailers / PD rail cars, attach loading hoses and complete loading process. Complete inspection forms on all carriers. Complete post loading checklist. Properly remove / attach cable seals at all seal points. Perform Metal Detector checks, magnet checks, hourly screener checks and complete associated paperwork Program, start and monitor all bulk scale terminals. Use the Rivland PLC to start, stop and monitor all Rivland loading equipment Work with QA to ensure proper sampling Review the Certificate of Analysis for accuracy Review the load report for accuracy Assist with production of tote bags. Daily sanitation duties of bulk loading areas and completion of area cleaning schedules. Proper storage of bulk attachments and hoses when loading is complete. Capable of troubleshooting equipment and performing light maintenance. Must properly use safety equipment / fall protection at all times. Use ERP to complete Bill s of Lading on all loads. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must be able to work at various heights (up to 16 - 20 feet) for extended periods of time, Must be able to climb vertically multiple times per shift, Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 100#) throughout the shift, read shipping orders, print legibly, perform arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply and divide 3-digit numbers), have basic computer skill
