Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Project Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of design / development activities for our next generation energy (traditional and EV) products. This key individual will serve as a key communication point and drive deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or similar
  • 3+ years experience guiding and managing complex international automotive programs.
  • Deep knowledge and prior experience participating in body control programs
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment
  • Proven ability to deliver programs on time and within budget.
  • Experience watching over change management functions

Responsibilities

  • Providing project management duties for current and in process energy management based global automotive products
  • Manage all elements of the program development including budget, timelines, risk, delivery, and communication
  • Monitor and guide all project teams including planning, tracking, and achieving project, quality, timing, and commercial targets.
  • Planning, coordinating, and steering work packages and milestones within a project team using prescribed methods and systems.
  • Ensure sustained achievement of project targets and adopting project scope through continuous monitoring of new requirements and changed circumstances.
  • Coordinating and executing (engineering) change management in international project setups.
