At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward. Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients’ families. Requirements

  • Willingness to provide care in various community settings
  • Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Valid and active driver's license
  • Good driving record and current auto insurance
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
  • Help clients with day-to-day activities
  • Help clients with social interactions
  • Record and collect data on clients' progress
  • Communicate with clients’ families
