At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward. Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients’ families. Requirements

Willingness to provide care in various community settings
Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
High School Diploma or GED is required
Valid and active driver's license
Good driving record and current auto insurance
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn

Responsibilities

Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
Help clients with day-to-day activities
Help clients with social interactions
Record and collect data on clients' progress
Communicate with clients’ families
