What You'll Do: Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals Teach and support skill development in areas such as: Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation Receive paid training and coaching Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings What You'll Love: Earn your master's degree 100% with us through Western New England University or Simmons University Generous time off with 5 weeks that the program is closed during the 12 months Career growth and advancement opportunities No work on weekends or holidays Autism research participation opportunities A fun, team-oriented environment Onsite daycare Tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, health & wellness and many more perks The chance to make a lasting impact every day What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a 4-year program Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months) NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified) What We Do: The New England Center for Children (NECC) is a global leader in autism education and research. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a 4-year program
• Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
• Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle
• CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
