About The Position
Looking to pick up flexible part-time hours to supplement your current job or school schedule? This could be the perfect fit. Weâ msre hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, youâ msll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence â
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Afternoon/Evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their home to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
