About The Position

The Autism Day Program Operations Intern will provide administrative, and operations support to Childcare services. In the internship position, you will have the ability to work in a variety of areas and on significant projects. Job responsibilities are flexible and will be determined based on specified interests, major, level of education, and course criteria.

Requirements

  • Ability to be a self-starter
  • Ability to use effective communication skills
  • Flexibility, creativity and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
  • An interest in non-profit management, community development, and health and human services
  • The ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

  • Billing/Accounting
  • Data Entry/Filing
  • Tours/Intakes
  • Scheduling
  • Interviews/Hiring
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Marketing strategies
  • Team Meetings
  • Interaction with the diverse families we serve
  • Staff engagement practices
