About The Position

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in Autism. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication and proficient computer skills
Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness
Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed
Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed
Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings
