About The Position

The Autism Child Development Aide position at CARD involves working directly with children with autism to implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans. This part-time role focuses on enhancing the lives of children and their families through individualized support and collaboration with experienced professionals in the field of ABA therapy. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds while assisting patients.
  • Negative tuberculosis test.
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.
  • US Work Authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool Teacher, or related field.
  • Working towards or completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, or Early Childhood Education.
