About The Position

As an Autism Behavior Technician, you'll: Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program design and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development Receive paid training and coaching What You'll Love: No prior experience required — we will train you! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
  • Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle
  • CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
  • NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
