Autism Society of North Carolina in Raleigh is looking to hire part-time Behavior Technicians for in-home positions throughout Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay and surrounding areas. This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $23 based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement. We want to help you reach your goals! ASNC offers paid RBT training and certification, as well as meeting supervision requirements to maintain the RBT credential. If you are a student seeking your BCBA Credential, we provide FREE supervision and frequent unrestricted hours through ASNC's student supervision program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: morning, mid-day, and after-school shifts available.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with people on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empower children, teenagers, and adults on the autism spectrum to be their best independent selves.
• Teach and support participants in building various life skills, with supervision from a BCBA.
• Teach clients important communication skills, how to play with peers, and other important life skills in the community, schools, or home.
• Collect behavioral data during sessions to help supervisors make changes to care plans.
