Requirements

• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills to act as the liaison between our providers and staffing team.
• Highly organized and flexible management abilities in a fast-paced office.
• Successful experience meeting deadlines and requirements/regulations for all funding sources.
• Consistency and urgency in communications, contributing to efficiently opening client services, billing clients for services rendered, and addressing timely authorization problems promptly.
• Drive to achieve challenging KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Running authorization verifications on home care referrals and pending clients
• Reporting the status of referral to team
• Monitoring clients for authorization changes or expirations
• Reporting authorization changes or expirations to team
• Enter authorization payment sources
• Maintain most accurate and timely client eligibility information
• Assisting with client authorization utilization
• Serving as a Billing Department backup
