Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; insurance authorization experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and other required immunizations
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year healthcare experience preferred
- insurance authorization experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Obtain and validate prior authorizations for scheduled services
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance payers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
- Document all authorizations accurately in our scheduling system
