We are the most reviewed apartment locating service in several major cities including Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, and Nashville. Our mission is to build trust, one person, and one apartment at a time, and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to help us achieve our goal of being the best at what we do. This role is designed for both entry-level and experienced real estate professionals, with onboarding and training resources available to launch a successful real estate career. This is a commission-only role with the potential for significant earnings, averaging between $75,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on commitment and hard work.

Responsibilities

• Own and build apartment relationships from company-provided and self-procured leads to ensure clients find the perfect apartment.
• Communicate with clients through phone, text, email, etc.
• Utilize our in-house CRM to curate apartment lists for clients before passing the list off to our operations team, who will schedule the tours.
• Collaborate with our operations team, touring team, and building partners to deliver an exceptional client experience and close leases.
