The position involves preparing warm and cold dishes for First and Business-Class passengers, as well as catering for events. Responsibilities include receiving goods, quality control, and proper storage of products. The role also requires the professional preparation of meat, offal, game, poultry, fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. Additionally, you will advise guests while considering their wishes and cook à-la-carte for the guests of the First-Class Lounge.
