About The Position

The Auditor position involves checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, as well as recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information. Key responsibilities include controlling and securing cash and cash equivalents according to established policies, organizing and maintaining files in compliance with retention and confidentiality procedures, and preparing, maintaining, and distributing various statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports. The role also requires auditing and reconciling all revenue postings. Beyond financial tasks, the Auditor is expected to adhere to company safety and security policies, report unsafe conditions, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, protect company assets, and safeguard guest and coworker privacy. Customer service is paramount, requiring the Auditor to welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally. The role also emphasizes developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and complying with quality assurance standards. Physical demands include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
  • Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
  • Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
  • Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
