About The Position

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to perform daily POS audits, ensure records are accurate, and recommend process improvements. The role includes preparing audit reports, supporting CSR reviews, providing feedback to supervisors, conducting training for staff, and coordinating workflow to meet service guarantees. Let’s talk job responsibilities: Audit files to ensure accuracy of outgoing correspondence and maintain system integrity. Verify and facilitate prompt correction of associate errors. Track and report statistical data on departmental maintenance and correspondence by associate and time period. Provide relevant statistical reports to Supervisors and Managers as requested. Read, interpret, and ensure availability of formal and informal procedures and documentation for staff. Assist in creating and maintaining departmental tools and documentation resources. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and professional environment for ongoing development. Support daily workflow and handle incoming calls to help meet departmental goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Your experience and skills: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 2-4 years of related experience. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Prioritize tasks and multitask independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and relevant computer programs. Requirements
