About The Position

Method : Employ exceptional high school students aged 14 and older Teach leadership principles, one step at a time Create success through crisply defined goals Reward accomplishments and commitment Purpose The Auditor ensures accurate product counts, labeling, and shelf presentation in assigned areas. This role supports the team by providing clear, reliable data that drives decisions and keeps projects on track. Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and lift up to the required weight for the assignment.
• Comfortable using handheld devices or forms to record data.
• At least 14 years of age.
• Ideal freshman transitioning into sophomore year.
• 14-15 years old
• Parents' full support and permission to enter the program
• Grade point average of 3.0 or greater
• School involvement in sports, arts, journalism, music, theater, government, or other
• Display a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Listening skills
• Commitment to minimum program requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate product and shelf audits in assigned areas.
• Maintain clear, complete, and accurate audit documentation.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with Leads and model positive work habits.
• Commit to the requirements of the program- 8 unpaid classes and 15 paid job assignments.
