About The Position

ROLE OVERVIEW The QC Auditor assesses product, materials and/or components to ensure they meet company specifications and requirements. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated ability to enter, track, and maintain quality data within internal systems accurately and efficiently Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment while adhering to safety and quality protocols Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with production supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams Strong ability to accurately distinguish colors, ink tones, and visual details in screen-printed graphics Knowledge of screen-printing processes, including ink application, registration, and print consistency Strong decision-making skills based on established quality standards and production guidelines High level of accuracy and reliability when recording inspection results and entering data into quality systems Ability to identify defects such as color variation, misregistration, ink buildup, smudging, and artwork inconsistencies Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Ability to stand and perform inspection duties for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to follow and enforce verbal and written quality standards and procedures Basic knowledge of sewing and garment construction to identify garment-related defects impacting print quality Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to detect subtle differences between highly similar images, prints, or samples Works effectively in a structured setting as a member of a team.
