About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial reports, documents, and records.
  • Audit financial records of public and private agencies and companies.
  • Prepare various reports and perform audit control functions.
  • Provide technical assistance to agency staff and public and private agencies.
  • Develop information for preparing regulations, report forms, and procedures.
  • Testify at administrative hearings as required.
  • Research, develop, and implement processes for IRP Audit functions.
  • Develop management reports and analyze documentation from the Department of Revenue (DOR).
  • Establish and maintain reporting and reconciliation mechanisms.
  • Maintain statistical records of findings for effective administration.
  • Coordinate and gather information necessary for IRP audits from various resources.
  • Act as a liaison to the IRP community regarding Massachusetts IRP Audits.
  • Document processes to develop manuals, guidelines, and user information.
  • Use ATLAS to confirm pertinent information and track audit compliance.
  • Open and close audit findings and produce necessary letters within ATLAS.
  • Participate in other Registration and Title special projects as needed.
