About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor with 4–6 years of experience to support financial accountability and compliance across nonprofit and government sector clients. This role focuses on conducting audits, evaluating internal controls, and delivering actionable insights that strengthen financial reporting and operational integrity.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards, with a CPA designation preferred or currently in progress.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of auditing experience, including exposure to nonprofit and government sectors
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, auditing standards, and compliance regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple audits and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing CPA

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits for nonprofit and government clients in compliance with US GAAP and applicable auditing standards
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial statements
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend process improvements
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management
• Stay current on regulatory updates and industry best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Manage multiple audit engagements while meeting established deadlines
