About The Position

As an Audit Support Analyst, you will handle daily inbound/outbound contact from clients and other business partners regarding audit reconciliation and related inquiries. This role also requires handling field representative contacts utilizing considerable on-the-job experience gained through extensive job-related training. Ideal candidates should be dynamic and ambitious individuals excited to work with our clients. This is a Hybrid position working remotely 3 days per week/ 2 days in office (Tuesday required to be in office) Schedule: Monday- Friday day shift schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft products; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate with team members effectively and professionally at every level.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to interact clearly with a client base of all socioeconomic levels.
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills with ability to walk others through complicated processes.
  • Ability to both sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift light boxes or office supplies as necessary (up to 15 lbs.)

Responsibilities

  • Gain extensive knowledge of the Audit Support standard operating procedures.
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound contacts from internal and external clients in relation to audit reconciliation.
  • Utilize internal systems to research inventory status, reconcile inconsistencies, and validate audit results.
  • Ensure all audit‑related communication meets quality and accuracy standards while maintaining a strong client‑centric approach.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions, resolutions, and audit findings to support compliance and internal reporting.
  • Analyze data on daily reports concerning rejected audit photos and units located at an auction.
  • Professionally handle client escalation issues when required.
  • Escalate at‑risk or sensitive audit findings to supervisors with well‑documented analysis and recommended next steps.
  • Identify patterns in rejected photos, incomplete audits, or missing units and recommend corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
  • Strengthen client satisfaction by managing resolutions with urgency, accuracy, and a service-focused mindset.
  • Have a working knowledge of other internal departments procedures and operations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Risk, Operations, Field Services) to enhance audit workflows and improve client outcomes.
  • Support special projects related to audit accuracy, system enhancements, and workflow optimization as assigned by leadership.
