Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audit Manager in Miami, FL. The Audit Manager will operate as a full-time ambassador and champion of the Internal Control vision and strategy by demonstrating support and actively communicating with executives, the team, and the business. This role involves participating in the development of new internal control processes and ongoing process improvements, as well as scoping, risk assessment, and planning of internal control activities. The Audit Manager will execute, lead, and maintain accountability for the delivery of high-quality control projects in accordance with established plans, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of agreed-upon objectives. Collaboration with the business to drive pragmatic and achievable actions is essential, along with providing meaningful insights about the work that demonstrates an understanding and appreciation for the business. The role also includes performing comprehensive data analysis utilizing data mining software, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships across the business, and providing creative input to drive greater efficiency and value to the internal control process. Participation in executive-level projects that require confidentiality and detailed findings is expected, along with practicing and adhering to Company Global Service Standards. The Audit Manager must conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
