As an Audit Manager, you will oversee client engagements, support team development, and contribute to the continued strength of our specialized industry practices. Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience in assurance
  • Nonprofit, Private Company and/or Employee Benefit Plan audit experience
  • Proven experience managing engagements and supervising staff
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and review audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure high-quality work that aligns with professional standards and firm expectations
  • Support and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Collaborate with partners and managers on workflow, scheduling, and engagement strategy
  • Contribute to firm initiatives, industry team activities, and best‑practice improvements
