We are seeking an energetic, initiative-taking Audit Manager Sr with Audit and/or Risk Management experience, to join Internal Audit’s Professional Practices team (Audit Support and Administration team). The Audit Support and Administration Team oversees the quality assurance and improvement program (QAIP), audit methodology, regulatory management, audit operations oversight and department-wide improvement initiatives. This Internal Audit Quality Assurance Manager Sr position, an individual contributor position, will be responsible for performing quality assurance reviews of internal audit engagements and regulatory issue validations, as well as leading quality assurance initiatives to ensure Internal Audit’s activities conform to the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practice Framework Global Internal Audit Standards, the IIA Code of Ethics, and applicable regulatory standards. Successful candidate will be able to perform the following: Take initiative and work independently under general supervision exercising critical thinking and independent judgment. Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance risk assessments, program planning, and testing. Deliver verbal and written communication to the audit leadership and audit teams. Establish and maintain effective relationships with audit teams and audit leadership to influence positive change. Participate in and/or lead processes and improvement initiatives of moderate complexity for the quality assurance and improvement program. Provide training and coaching to audit management and team members. Process Management – Knowledge of business process improvement tools, techniques, and ability to understand, monitor, update, or enhance existing business or work processes.
