As an Audit Manager at Redpath, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our clients through complex financial landscapes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA license.
  • 5+ years in public accounting, background in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of audit and accounting standards, with the ability to apply these to a variety of client scenarios.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 20% during peak periods).
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee non-public audits and reviews for clients in the manufacturing industry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on complex transactions, including business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and related reports that inform key business decisions.
  • Direct and manage research projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Take charge of client relationships, delivering exceptional audit services and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives, including the implementation of new audit and accounting standards.
