Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field such as Finance, Business, or Economics
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience or more in public accounting or audit management
  • CPA certification
  • Proven experience in team leadership and coaching
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and proficiency in audit tools such as cloud based audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At our firm, we're looking for candidates who are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Guide audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, reviewing, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
  • Coach and mentor staff by providing feedback, growth opportunities, and performance evaluations, ensuring your team reaches new heights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business and industry, anticipate needs, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Manage project deliverables to meet deadlines while identifying roadblocks and navigating critical milestones.
  • Lead client meetings, audit planning efforts, and engagement execution in a wide variety of industries.
