About The Position

Lead complex, compliance-focused audits and partner with business stakeholders to deliver value-added assurance to the Philips Executive Committee while advancing global audit quality and methodology. Your role: Lead and participate in audit reviews addressing quality-related risks across Philips. Audit complexity and business impact will increase over time, with reviews prepared, executed, and reported in line with world-class IIA audit standards. As a member of the PSQ & Commercial Audit team, you will work within the Global Philips Internal Audit organization working across disciplines and geographies. You will also ensure highly effective stakeholder management, with regular communication towards key business and functional leaders. As part of Philips Internal Audit, you will serve as a key change agent with broad exposure across the global organization. The role offers accelerated development through structured onboarding, hands-on experience, coaching, and a formal learning program—equipping you with the skills, insight, and visibility to grow into future leadership roles within Philips You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs within a medical device environment, with strong understanding of QMS and global regulatory expectations. Your skills include demonstrated experience leading complex quality audits and deep familiarity with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR Part 820/QSR); prior FDA auditing experience is a strong plus. You have 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 6+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Audit, Accounting, Finance or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $163,000 to $259,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Requirements
