About The Position

Lead complex, compliance-focused audits and partner with business stakeholders to deliver value-added assurance to the Philips Executive Committee while advancing global audit quality and methodology. Your role: Lead and participate in audit reviews addressing quality-related risks across Philips. Audit complexity and business impact will increase over time, with reviews prepared, executed, and reported in line with world-class IIA audit standards. As a member of the PSQ & Commercial Audit team, you will work within the Global Philips Internal Audit organization working across disciplines and geographies. You will also ensure highly effective stakeholder management, with regular communication towards key business and functional leaders. As part of Philips Internal Audit, you will serve as a key change agent with broad exposure across the global organization. The role offers accelerated development through structured onboarding, hands-on experience, coaching, and a formal learning program—equipping you with the skills, insight, and visibility to grow into future leadership roles within Philips

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs within a medical device environment, with strong understanding of QMS and global regulatory expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex quality audits and deep familiarity with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR Part 820/QSR)
  • 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 6+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Audit, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal), with strong organizational, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities with the confidence to engage with senior leaders.
  • Meticulous organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently in complex environments.
  • Ability to flex work style when required to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior FDA auditing experience is a strong plus.
