We are looking for a Audiovisual Producer and Editor, with strong experience in managing end-to-end video production and postproduction. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and passionate about visual storytelling.
Production Management:
Plan and organize all aspects of production, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment preparation.
Coordinate with directors, videographers, and other stakeholders to align production goals with creative direction.
Manage on-set operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Post-Production Excellence:
Perform video editing & color grading.
Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to produce high-quality final cuts.
Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining creative and technical consistency.
Assigned Equipment and Maintenance:
Perform regular checks and maintenance on all equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
Maintain an inventory of assigned equipment, ensuring proper storage, handling, and usage protocols.
Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed and keep records of maintenance activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather and implement client feedback throughout the production and editing processes.
Present drafts and final versions of audiovisual content for review and approval.
Work collaboratively with creative directors and producers to refine outputs and exceed client expectations.
Innovation and Technical Mastery:
Regularly review industry reports, attend workshops, and monitor advancements in audiovisual technology, including AI-powered editing tools, 4K/8K workflows, HDR grading, and emerging animation software.
Introduce and test innovative tools and techniques, such as dynamic sound effect layering, motion tracking enhancements, and automated subtitling systems.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video elements like cinematic transitions, interactive animations, and immersive soundscapes.
Lead the adoption of new technologies like cloud-based editing platforms or real-time collaboration software.
Translate emerging trends such as short-form vertical videos, ASMR sound design, or 360° video storytelling into actionable concepts.
Demonstrated track record (5+ years) of leading end-to-end audiovisual productions, from pre-production to post-production, across multiple formats and platforms in agency or content studio environments.
Previous experience in creative agencies, production studios, or high-impact commercial campaigns.
Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to execute advanced video editing, motion graphics, and color grading workflows under tight deadlines.
Participation in projects involving technologies like motion tracking, custom LUTs, or 360° video storytelling.
Proven ability to create audiovisual content tailored for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with format-optimized workflows.
Proven capability in project orchestration, including scheduling, crew coordination, location logistics, and timeline control, ensuring delivery of high-quality audiovisual content on time and on budget.
Hands-on expertise in equipment management, including setup, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of professional cameras, lighting systems, and sound gear in both studio and on-location settings.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to synthesize and implement client feedback, present drafts with rationale, and align creative outputs with brand and campaign objectives.'
High technical adaptability and innovation drive, with a consistent habit of testing and implementing emerging tools, such as AI-assisted editing, automated subtitling systems, or cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Bilingual communication capacity, with native-level Spanish and intermediate English proficiency (B2), ensuring effective collaboration in regional and international production contexts.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Interactive Media, Digital Arts, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience in creative engineering, digital production, or web development may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Familiarity with experimental formats and emerging storytelling techniques including interactive video, hybrid animation, VR/AR, or immersive content.
Additional certifications in advanced video editing, cinematography, digital production, or specialized postproduction.
Active interest in audiovisual trends, creative artificial intelligence, or workflow automation in postproduction.
