The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Utah is seeking a clinical audiologist at their U of U Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. This position includes clinical supervision of AuD students in a direct-patient care setting that provides hearing services for pediatrics through geriatrics. You will be part of a team of audiologists specializing in a variety of areas of audiology, including diagnostics, amplification, electrophysiology, cochlear implants, teleaudiology, and vestibular assessment. The University of Utah Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic provides comprehensive services related to the prevention, identification, assessment, and management of disorders of auditory and balance systems under the academic model of direct patient-student supervision. Audiology clinical faculty are primarily responsible for direct patient-student supervision in the University of Utah Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic; however, they also may be assigned to provide patient care during school breaks and patient care and student supervision in contracted off-campus facilities.
