About The Position

We are hiring a licensed Audiologist to deliver comprehensive hearing healthcare services, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, hearing aid fittings, and patient education. This role blends clinical expertise with compassionate patient care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary hearing care team. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based practice, strong patient outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology (as required for state licensure)
Active or eligible New York state audiology license
Strong clinical assessment and hearing aid fitting experience
Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
Proficiency with audiology software, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative clinical team
Willingness to complete a 2-hour unpaid observational visit at a company location
Participation in 2–3 paid onboarding days over a two-week period with the Chief Audiologist

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing
Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
Counsel patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and device care
Provide follow-up care, troubleshooting, and ongoing device maintenance
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
Collaborate with support staff and clinical team members to optimize care delivery
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to best-practice improvements
Ensure compliance with state licensing standards, regulations, and company policies
