About The Position

The Clinical Audiologist position at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida involves providing comprehensive audiological services in a well-established ENT practice. The role focuses on patient care, including diagnostic testing, rehabilitative services, and collaboration with ENT physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and emphasizes a team-player attitude and excellent patient interaction.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology degree preferred, but will accept Masters.
  • Must be eligible for FL state licensure.
  • Seeking professionals with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently when necessary.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are required.
  • Keen ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members is mandatory.
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer diagnostic tests and make recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and/or other ALD's/accessories.
  • Complete audiological and electrophysiological assessments (ABR, EcoG, OAE, VEMP).
  • Dispense state-of-the-art digital technologies and assistive listening devices.
  • Conduct Aural Rehabilitation Assessments, including Hearing Workshop Classes and Community Education Programs.
  • Create the best journey for the patient through proper instruction and counseling.
  • Manage and treat Tinnitus and Hyperacusis, and provide Implantable Services (Cochlear Implant, Baha, Ponto, Esteem Envoy).
  • Conduct Industrial Hearing Conservation Identification and Management.
  • Perform Vestibular Evaluation and Rehabilitation.
  • Address Central Auditory Processing Disorders and participate in Clinical Trials.
