About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audiologist to provide remote hearing healthcare services for acoustic hearing aids and Earlens hearing devices . This role involves conducting hearing assessments, consultations, and recommending personalized hearing solutions through telemedicine technology . The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care , experienced in hearing instrument fitting , and comfortable working in a virtual healthcare environment .

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related field.
• Valid state license to practice as an NY Audiologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing .
• Experience with telehealth technology and remote patient care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance .

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote hearing assessments and diagnostics , interpreting results for both patients and practitioners.
• Recommend, fit, and sell Earlens hearing solutions and air conduction systems tailored to patient needs.
• Provide remote counseling and support on hearing loss, device usage, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate with local and national resources to support patient needs.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and proactive customer service , aiming to minimize returns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in hearing technology and telehealth solutions .
• Meet clinic productivity and quality standards .
